Lena Dunham marked the nine month anniversary of her hysterectomy with naked pictures. I get the procedure must of hurt, but why does everyone have to suffer?
The second most livable city in the world
After losing the ‘Most livable city in the world’ title to Vienna, MSN ran a story stating that Melbourne still has a few things on the Austrian capital. Yeah, Sudanese gang attacks. I wonder if this is the approach needed to halt violent immigrant gangs? Not through reason, or evidence of multiple crimes, but appealing to Melbournites utter pretension?
Give them nothing, but take from them everything!
Stormy Daniels signed an agreement, then talked. Karen McDougal signed an agreement, then talked. Omarosa signed an agreement and, you guessed it, talked. If there is one thing the Trump Presidency should teach Republicans, it’s that people willing to trade their silence for money are just as willing to trade it back for more cash. In future, give them nothing – they’ll just talk anyway.
You’re not on The Apprentice anymore
President Trump really shouldn’t fire so many people.
I can empathize that it must be frustrating coming from the ultra-fast private sector, where things get achieved, into the snail-pace public sector that spawned the term red tape (post-American Civil in fact). Such an approach though causes three issues. One, it makes his administration appear chaotic and lacking in control. Two, it makes him seem petty and vindictive; well, more so than he usually appears. And three, he’s creating future enemies which can be used against him.
The Commentariat are out to get him and he’s actively giving them insiders e.g. Omarosa Manigault, Sally Yates, Preet Bharara, Steve Bannon, Rex Tillerson, HR McMaster, David Shulkin, Anthony Scaramucci – not to mention all those who have resigned. President Trump may not understand how the public service works, but he does understand advertising and this is hurting his brand.
Stop firing people Mr President. This will be your undoing.
In defence of the young
As hard as my generation are on Millenials, a large portion of the problem stems from adults. We are responsible for raising this generation, so we shoulder a large portion of the blame for their failings.
It was adults who steered the media towards the left and told them what to be angry about.
It was adults who steered education radically leftward and told them what to be angry about.
It was adults who saturated the entertainment industry with leftist ideology and told them what to be angry about.
So it should be no surprise that this generation hates conservatives, capitalism, President Trump, America, and anyone who shares a different point of view because for years the adult-figures (and I use that term loosely) have worked overtime to achieve this result. The failings of the student are partly the failings of the teacher.
That said, I don’t recall adults ever telling them to grow a man bun. That ones on them.
